Its privileged location in the centre of Playa Blanca allows you to comfortably enjoy restaurants, terraces, shops and leisure areas just a few steps away, whilst the town beach is only a few minutes' walk away and Playa Dorada is approximately 10 minutes on foot.

The living-dining room offers a spacious space full of natural light with spectacular sea views, creating the perfect atmosphere to relax and enjoy the surroundings.
Furthermore, the property features a fun leisure area with a pool table, ideal for sharing special moments with family or friends.

The independent kitchen is fully equipped with everything necessary for a comfortable and functional stay:
ceramic hob, fridge, freezer, dishwasher, oven, toaster, coffee maker and complete kitchenware for cooking with total comfort.
Casa Bonica has three welcoming bedrooms designed to guarantee rest and privacy throughout the stay.
Two of them have two single beds of 90 cm, whilst the master bedroom has a double bed and an elegant en-suite bathroom with shower.
Furthermore, the property has a second complete bathroom with shower located in the common areas for greater comfort of all guests.

On the upper floor you will find one of the most special spaces in the house:
a spectacular panoramic terrace with views of the Atlantic Ocean and Fuerteventura, equipped with hammocks and a Balinese bed, perfect for relaxing in the sun and enjoying unforgettable sunsets overlooking the sea.
On this same upper terrace you will also find a pleasant covered area with a dining table and barbecue, ideal for enjoying lunches and dinners outdoors whilst contemplating the impressive ocean views.

For an even more comfortable stay, the accommodation has a washing machine, iron, ironing board, high-speed WiFi and Smart TV in both the living room and all bedrooms with international channels.
Additionally, shower towels, beach towels, bed linen, gel and shampoo are included.

Cot and high chair are available upon request for families travelling with babies or small children.
