PAYMENT CONDITIONS

Full payment of the booking is required on time and in the manner indicated at the time of booking.

A cleaning surcharge will be applied for all stays at the amount stated at the time of booking.

The damage deposit will be as indicated in the advertisement and in the price details of the booking. This amount will be charged on the day of arrival and will be returned 48 hours after departure, once everything has been checked that everything is in perfect condition.

CANCELLATION CONDITIONS

Cancellation conditions will be set out in the booking conditions of each advertisement.

Booking modifications are subject to availability and may incur additional costs.

RENTAL RULES

Check-in is from 15pm-16pm and the latest check-out time is 10am. Early check-in or late check-out is subject to availability.

Smoking is strictly forbidden inside the accommodation.

No parties or events are allowed.

No accommodation is allowed for people who have not been checked in on the day of check-in.
