Downtown Oasis is certainly a good base for exploring Lanzarote. Located in the center of Arrecife, the capital of the island, the house is close to all services such as buses, supermarkets, restaurants and bars, ideal for getting around with or without a rental car.
The house is spacious, bright and recently renovated with great attention to detail. It is a third floor without elevator. It has 3 bedrooms (1 double and 2 singles)plus sofa bed in the living room, which makes it perfect for family stays. In addition, it has a bathroom with shower equipped with a hairdryer and all amenities. Bed linen and a set of towels are provided per person, as well as beach towels.
The kitchen is fully equipped with a refrigerator, freezer, oven, microwave, utensils, toaster, kettle, coffee maker and juicer. In addition, the home has a washing machine (located on the rooftop), free WiFi with fiber optic, a cozy living room with a sofa bed and Smart TV.
