With an ideal location, you will be close to all the services necessary for a comfortable and pleasant stay. Just a few steps away, you will have direct access to the beach, as well as the bus station and a wide variety of local shops.
The apartment consists of a bedroom with a comfortable double bed, a spacious wardrobe with a mirror and air conditioning to ensure your comfort throughout the year. The bathroom, recently renovated, is equipped with a modern shower, washbasin and hairdryer.
Relax in the bright living room, from where you can appreciate a side view of the sea. This space is equipped with a Smart TV, a large double sofa bed, a work desk and a dining table to enjoy your meals. Additionally, the kitchen area, adjacent to the living room, is fully equipped with all necessary appliances, including a 4-burner cooker, fridge, microwave, oven, coffee maker, water kettle and toaster.
For greater convenience, the accommodation also has a laundry room with a washing machine, ironing board and iron, so you can keep your clothes fresh and well-maintained during your stay. A set of towels per person is provided, as well as clean sheets.

Located in the center of Arrecife, in an environment as picturesque as the Charco de San Ginés, this beautiful home will allow you to experience the island in the best way during the day and also at night.
Its enviable position in the center of Lanzarote makes getting anywhere easy and comfortable. In this way you will not spend much time in the car, although driving on the island's roads is an experience worth living. However, at night you can enjoy the lively atmosphere offered by Charco de San Ginés, with its restaurants and bars frequented by most of the island's people.
