On the ground floor, you will find a modern and functional kitchen, equipped with everything necessary to prepare delicious meals during your stay, including a microwave, oven, ceramic hob, refrigerator, dishwasher, toaster, and coffee makers. On the same floor, there is a bathroom with a shower and an elegant living-dining room with a television, which also has direct access to the pool area. Additionally, on the ground floor, there is a laundry room with a washing machine, iron, and ironing board.

On the first floor, the house features two cozy bedrooms and a bathroom with a bathtub. The first bedroom has single beds that can be joined to form a double bed, adapting to the needs of the guests. The second bedroom is a spacious double bedroom with a double bed, built-in wardrobes, and a small private terrace, ideal for enjoying moments of tranquility. Bed linen and towels are provided for each guest, ensuring a comfortable stay.

From here, guests can access the promenade, where they will find a variety of bars and restaurants to enjoy the local cuisine. Additionally, the villa has a small supermarket a few meters away, facilitating daily shopping.
