The American kitchen is fully equipped with quality appliances: ceramic hob, oven, microwave, fridge, freezer, Dolce Gusto coffee machine, water kettle, toaster, dishwasher, as well as cooking utensils and complete crockery/cutlery.
Regarding entertainment and comfort, the house has two Smart TV televisions, a Bluetooth speaker and WiFi connection, so you can relax as if you were at home. A washing machine is also included along with all necessary textiles: sheets, one set of towels per person and pool towels. For families with babies, a cot and high chair are offered upon request.
The jewel of the property is its spacious private terrace, equipped with sunbeds for sunbathing and a pleasant outdoor dining area, ideal for enjoying the Canarian climate all year round. The complex has a spectacular communal swimming pool also designed by César Manrique, in addition to a secondary fenced pool with hours from 8:00 to 18:00, perfect for greater security.
