Description
Casa Gemma is a bright, spacious and completely renovated house in Costa Teguise. It has 3 bedrooms with double beds (2 of them large) and one with 2 single beds and a trundle bed.
It also has 3 large bathrooms with shower and bidet.
On the ground floor you will find a fully equipped kitchen with a large fridge, freezer, 4-burner hob, oven, microwave, toaster, kettle, juicer, dishwasher, Nescafé capsule coffee maker and complete kitchenware. There is an extra room with washing machine, iron, board. One of the rooms with a double bed (135cm) is located on the ground floor, ideal for those who do not want or cannot climb stairs. Next door is a spacious living room with a sofa, a large dining table and a SMART TV with international channels. From the living room you have access to the sunny outdoor area equipped with a table, chairs, sun loungers and chill-out armchairs. Ideal for sunbathing in total privacy or eating outdoors enjoying the tranquility of the complex.
Upstairs we find the other rooms. The main one has a bathroom with an en-suite shower, a king-size bed (180cm), a large built-in wardrobe and a private terrace with chairs and a table. The other 2 rooms are located right next door: one has a double bed (160cm) and a large wardrobe, and the other has a bunk bed with 2 90cm beds and a trundle bed. All bedrooms have ceiling fans for the hottest nights.
The house also has free Wi-Fi and private parking inside the complex, right in front of the property.
The area is very quiet as the house is located in a gated complex (Estrella de Mar) in a residential area. Ideal to rest and enjoy Lanzarote since if you move around the island the central location of this coastal town will allow you to reach easily the main attractions. Walking you can reach a supermarket and bars in a few minutes (500m) and the beach in 15 minutes.
You can enjoy this accomodation with your partner, family or friends.
