Welcome to a fantastic holiday home, recently renovated and fully equipped, located in the iconic residential complex "Los Molinos", an architectural work by the renowned artist César Manrique in Costa Teguise, Lanzarote. The bathroom has a modern shower and all the essential elements for your comfort. The American kitchen is fully equipped with quality appliances: ceramic hob, oven, microwave, fridge, freezer, Dolce Gusto coffee machine, water kettle, toaster, dishwasher, as well as cooking utensils and complete crockery/cutlery.
Regarding entertainment and comfort, the house has two Smart TV televisions, a Bluetooth speaker and WiFi connection, so you can relax as if you were at home. A washing machine is also included along with all necessary textiles: sheets, one set of towels per person and pool towels. For families with babies, a cot and high chair are offered upon request.
The jewel of the property is its spacious private terrace, equipped with sunbeds for sunbathing and a pleasant outdoor dining area, ideal for enjoying the Canarian climate all year round. The complex has a spectacular communal swimming pool also designed by César Manrique, in addition to a secondary fenced pool with hours from 8:00 to 18:00, perfect for greater security.
