Casa Atlantida is located 15 minutes walking from the centre of Costa Teguise, within a very quiet residential area. Near the property, you will find a supermarket, a children's park and a café.

From the balcony of Casa Atlántida, you will be able to enjoy a beautiful view over the garden, decorated with trees and cacti typical of the island of Lanzarote. Imagine preparing your breakfast in the house's kitchen - fully equipped with a toaster, microwave, utensils, vitroceramic hob and oven - and enjoying them outdoors, savouring the view and the tranquillity that can be felt in the complex.

The house has a double room with a double bed and a fan (sheets and 2 towels per person are provided), a bathroom with a bathtub and washing machine, safe, a spacious living room with Smart TV, sofa and dining area. WiFi with fibre is available throughout the house.

To access the dwelling, one must climb two flights of stairs, as the house is located on the second floor of the complex.

If you are planning to rent a car to explore Lanzarote, Casa Atlántida will be an ideal starting base for touring the island. There is parking available within the complex.

Currently, renovation work is being carried out on the main pool of the complex, so it will be temporarily closed. The children's pool is available and can be used as normal.

The cosy holiday home Casa Costa Esmeralda Plus is located in Costa Teguise, a quiet and well-connected area, ideal for enjoying a relaxing holiday.

The property features a bright living room, a fully equipped kitchen, a bedroom and a bathroom with a shower tray. It has capacity for a maximum of 3 people (2 adults and 1 child), which makes it a perfect option for couples or small families.

The lounge features a comfortable sofa bed with capacity for one person, television and a cosy atmosphere to rest after a day at the beach or on excursions.

The bedroom is equipped with a double bed, built-in wardrobes, television and pleasant views to the outside, offering a comfortable and peaceful space for rest.

For those travelling with children, a high chair and cot can be requested upon request. Additionally, a set of towels per person is provided for greater comfort.

The kitchen is fully equipped with an oven, microwave, dishwasher, ceramic hob, fridge and all necessary utensils, including a coffee maker and kettle, ideal for preparing meals as if at home.

One of the great attractions of this accommodation is its private outdoor areas. It has two terraces: one equipped with a table and chairs to enjoy outdoor meals, and another more intimate one with synthetic grass, an outdoor shower, two comfortable sun loungers and a large parasol, perfect for sunbathing or relaxing in the shade.

Among the additional services are high-speed Wi-Fi, suitable for video calls and teleworking, television and washing machine.

The beaches of Costa Teguise are located just 2 km from the property. Additionally, there is free parking on the street.

No noise is permitted after 10:00 PM, thus ensuring a peaceful environment for all guests. The accommodation does not have air conditioning, but it does have a fan.
