The surroundings invite rest and enjoyment of the natural landscape, without lacking basic services such as restaurants and supermarkets to cover all daily needs.
The property has a private terrace, ideal for relaxing, taking advantage of the pleasant views and the island's climate. The living room, spacious and bright, features a comfortable sofa and a television, and is directly connected to the terrace, offering a comfortable atmosphere.
