It is the perfect place for both surf lovers and those who simply want to relax by the sea.
The apartment has two bedrooms: one with a double bed and another with two single beds, both equipped with spacious wardrobes, ideal for long stays or for families. It has a full bathroom with bathtub, sink, toilet and bidet. Bed linen and towels are included, with replacement every 10 days. The kitchen, in American style, is fully equipped with a 4-burner ceramic hob, fridge, freezer, microwave, oven, Italian coffee maker, water kettle, toaster, juicer and all the necessary utensils to cook comfortably.
The living room is bright and cosy, with a sofa, Smart TV and direct access to a private terrace with partial ocean views, perfect for enjoying an outdoor breakfast or a drink at sunset. Throughout the apartment there is wifi connection with fibre optic, ideal if you need to telework or simply stay connected.

The kitchen is American-style and is fully equipped to facilitate the stay: it has a ceramic hob, fridge, dishwasher, freezer, oven, microwave, coffee maker, kettle, toaster, juicer and all the necessary kitchenware, which allows preparing complete meals in a simple way.
