Situated in one of the most special enclaves in the north of Lanzarote, the apartment is perfect for those seeking to disconnect, enjoy nature and experience authentic living by the sea, in a privileged setting ideal for resting, surfing or exploring the island of Lanzarote.
The accommodation features a bright living room with a seating area and dining room, designed to offer comfort and functionality in a modern and welcoming atmosphere. Its large windows allow pleasant natural light to enter and connect directly to a small outdoor terrace, creating an ideal space to relax after a day at the beach.
The kitchen is fully equipped with appliances and kitchenware for a comfortable and practical stay, including an oven, microwave, fridge, coffee maker, toaster, kettle and everything necessary to enjoy the accommodation with complete autonomy.
The dwelling has two carefully decorated bedrooms, designed to guarantee rest and tranquillity. One bedroom has a double bed and en-suite bathroom, another has two beds. All offer bright and functional spaces with wardrobes and contemporary decoration that combines comfort and simplicity.
The accommodation also has another independent bathroom, with shower, sink, toilet and hairdryer, providing maximum comfort during your stay.

Outdoors, Casita Luisa features a spacious terrace fully equipped with comfortable furniture, perfect for enjoying the fresh air at any time of day. Here you can have breakfast outdoors, organise pleasant dinners under the starry sky or simply relax reading a book. The terrace also has two hammocks ideal for sunbathing, a ping pong table, a dartboard and a barbecue, becoming a perfect space to enjoy with family or friends.
Upon entering the accommodation, we found a cosy living room equipped with a comfortable sofa, television and free WiFi, creating a perfect space to relax and enjoy leisure moments after a day of adventures on the island.
The kitchen, completely independent, is equipped with everything necessary to prepare your favourite dishes with total comfort: spacious fridge, oven, microwave, ceramic hob, kettle and complete kitchenware. Additionally, it has a toaster, juicer and a capsule coffee machine to start each morning with a delicious and energy-filled breakfast.
Casita Luisa offers three bedrooms designed for rest. Two of them have a double bed and television, one of which includes a built-in wardrobe that provides ample storage space. The third bedroom has two single beds, ideal for children, friends or relatives.
The property also has a full bathroom with a shower, functional and carefully detailed to ensure a comfortable stay.
