Playa Blanca Sunset is located in a quiet and peaceful area of the charming village of Playa Blanca, situated in the south of the beautiful island of Lanzarote. This vacation home is the perfect place to enjoy an unforgettable family holiday.

The house is fully equipped to offer a comfortable and pleasant stay. On the ground floor, you will find a modern and functional kitchen, equipped with everything necessary to prepare delicious meals during your stay, including a microwave, oven, ceramic hob, refrigerator, dishwasher, toaster, and coffee makers. On the same floor, there is a bathroom with a shower and an elegant living-dining room with a television, which also has direct access to the pool area. Additionally, on the ground floor, there is a laundry room with a washing machine, iron, and ironing board.

On the first floor, the house features two cozy bedrooms and a bathroom with a bathtub. The first bedroom has single beds that can be joined to form a double bed, adapting to the needs of the guests. The second bedroom is a spacious double bedroom with a double bed, built-in wardrobes, and a small private terrace, ideal for enjoying moments of tranquility. Bed linen and towels are provided for each guest, ensuring a comfortable stay.

The exterior of the house is an oasis for relaxation and enjoyment. The pool area is equipped with comfortable garden furniture and sun loungers, perfect for sunbathing and relaxing. Additionally, there is a side terrace with an outdoor dining area and a barbecue, providing the perfect setting for family or friends' outdoor dinners. The parking within the property offers convenience and security for the guests' vehicles.

The location of the house is unbeatable. Just an 8-minute walk away is Playa de las Coloradas and a few minutes from the spectacular natural beaches of Papagayo, and a 4-minute drive away is the spectacular Playa Dorada, with its crystal-clear waters and golden sand. From here, guests can access the promenade, where they will find a variety of bars and restaurants to enjoy the local cuisine. Additionally, the villa has a small supermarket a few meters away, facilitating daily shopping.

On the upper floor, you will find the rest area, with two cosy rooms designed to ensure a restful sleep.
