• Air conditioning is available in all three bedrooms, has an additional cost and operates via a coin box, allowing guests to control their consumption during their stay.

• The private pool has an optional climate control system, available upon request and with an additional daily charge. We recommend requesting this service in advance so that the water can reach a pleasant temperature upon your arrival.

• For security reasons, the property is equipped with an ADT alarm system with motion sensors and external cameras, used for monitoring the property outside of guest occupancy periods.

High-quality, newly built vacation villa located just minutes from the beautiful beaches of southern Lanzarote. This exclusive property, ideal for up to 6 people, is spread over two floors and features 3 bedrooms on the upper floor and 2 bathrooms with showers.

On the ground floor, you will find a glass-enclosed relaxation terrace and a spacious outdoor area with a private pool that can be optionally heated. The private pool measures 6 x 3 m² and features a salt chlorinator to avoid skin, eye, and hair irritation that can occur with conventional chlorine use. It includes a cover to maintain water temperature and a heat pump to allow heating to the desired temperature (optional). Additionally, there are sun loungers, a solar shower, and garden furniture, perfect for enjoying the sun and fresh air.
The house also has a room with a washing machine, iron, and ironing board for the exclusive use of guests.
The living room, equipped with air conditioning, has a large sofa, an extendable dining table for 6 people, and a 55” QLED smart TV with international channels.
The separate kitchen is fully equipped with high-quality utensils, an induction hob, oven, microwave, refrigerator, dishwasher, kettle, blender, coffee maker, and Nespresso machine.
On the same floor, you will find a full bathroom with a shower.

Upstairs you will find three bedrooms (all with air conditioning). The master bedroom has a double bed (150 cm) and a large wardrobe, another bedroom has two single beds and a vanity with a mirror, and the third bedroom has a 140 cm sofa bed, a 43" QLED smart TV, and a work desk.
Additionally, the house has a second full bathroom with a shower, a hairdryer, and an iron.

The entire villa is equipped with high-speed internet (1GB) and Wi-Fi, smart TVs with international channels, a safe, and air conditioning in the living room and all bedrooms.

This villa offers all the necessary amenities for an unforgettable vacation as a couple, with friends, or with family, and it is also ideal for smartworking.
