Its privileged location will allow you to enjoy everything within your reach: a few steps away you will find the bus station, several supermarkets and the lively Calle Limones, known for its shops, restaurants and local businesses. In addition, the accommodation is located just a few metres from the seafront promenade, ideal for walking by the sea, and just a ten-minute walk from the popular Playa Dorada. And if you fancy discovering paradise corners, in just 15 minutes by car you will be at the famous Papagayo beaches.
The duplex is designed to offer comfort and functionality: on the ground floor you will find the leisure area, with an open-plan kitchen equipped with everything necessary to prepare your favourite dishes —from a spacious fridge to oven, microwave, ceramic hob and complete kitchenware—. Dream Papagayo has 2 bedrooms and can accommodate up to 4 people. The first bedroom has a double bed and the second bedroom has a single bed with an extra mattress. The rooms have their own set of beds, large wardrobes and 1 set of towels per person is provided. The house has a bathroom with a walk-in shower.
The living room is connected to the kitchen which is fully equipped with a complete set of kitchenware, cooker, oven, microwave and coffee machine. There is a separate room with washing machine and laundry. Dream Papagayo has WiFi and Smart Tv where you can watch Netflix. It also has a cosy terrace to enjoy the outdoors.
The house is modern, fully equipped and next to the famous Papagayo beaches. The beaches are a protected area and there are eight in total, for everyone's taste and preference (quiet beaches, beach with nudity permition, tourist beach with restaurants etc).
Dream Papagayo is approximately 800m from the nearest bus stop (Line 30), which takes you to all areas of Playa Blanca. And the nearest supermarket is almost 1km away; Hiperdino Express, located in the CC Las Coloradas. The nearest beach is 2km away.
Free parking is available next to the property.
