Sky and Sea is a charming one-bedroom apartment, fully furnished, located on the ground floor of a secure residential complex in Puerto del Carmen. It stands out for its spacious private terrace, equipped with a table and chairs, from which pleasant views of the pool and the sea can be enjoyed, ideal for relaxing outdoors.

The interior offers a bright and open-concept space that combines the living area with a fully equipped kitchen. The kitchen features a fridge, oven, two hobs, microwave, kettle, and toaster, as well as crockery and cutlery. In the living room, there is a comfortable sofa bed, suitable for accommodating an additional guest.

The apartment has a flat-screen television with international English channels (BBC/ITV), DVD player, radio and a good WiFi connection, ensuring a comfortable and connected stay.

The main bedroom is equipped with a spacious double bed and a built-in wardrobe with a large safe for greater security. Next to the bedroom is an additional room intended for laundry and storage, where the washing machine, ironing board, and cleaning products are located.

The bathroom features a modern flush-to-floor shower, washbasin and toilet, offering functionality and comfort.

Located on the hill of the old town of Puerto del Carmen, Sky and Sea is easily accessible by car and has a parking area in front of the complex. Nearby are bars, restaurants, cafes, supermarkets and shops, as well as a bus stop with direct connections to Arrecife, Playa Blanca and the airport.

For greater comfort, bedding and towels are provided for each guest, including one large and one small towel.
