This cosy ground floor accommodation offers a spacious bedroom with a comfortable extra-large double bed (150*200) and a 40" Smart TV for your entertainment. The living room is a bright and modern space, equipped with an impressive 50-inch Smart TV and air conditioning to keep you cool during the warm summer days.
The open-plan kitchen is fully equipped with everything you need to prepare your meals, including a ceramic hob, refrigerator, microwave, oven, freezer, crockery, cooking utensils, capsule coffee machine, toaster, kettle, and juicer.
The house has a complete bathroom with an exterior window, featuring a shower, washing machine, and hairdryer.
Enjoy the fresh air and relaxing views from the private terrace with beautiful views of the pool, which has a table and chairs so you can enjoy the sun and outdoor meals.

In fact, the house is located about 15 minutes walk from the beach and less than 10 minutes from all services - bars, restaurants, buses, pharmacies and shops. The house is located on the first floor, accessible by stairs. Its name says it all: the house is very bright and welcoming, tastefully decorated in a modern style. It has a private and equipped terrace, washing machine, a living room with a smart TV and a fully equipped kitchen with an oven, coffee maker, ceramic hob, kettle and utensils. The bathroom with shower is spacious and bright and is equipped with a hairdryer at guests' disposal. One set of towels (one large and one small) is provided per person.
