Beautiful house with 2 bedrooms and two bathrooms with a large terrace overlooking the sea and one minute from the beach. It is located in the Colony Club complex with a community pool and easy access to the sea.
Upper Floor: fully equipped kitchen with oven, 4 burners, kettle, microwave, toaster and kitchenware. Living room with double sofa bed, TV, stereo, DVD player and large terrace with barbecue and beautiful sea views. Room with washing machine, iron and board. Toilet
Ground floor: 2 bedrooms with double bed, fans, large closets and a SMART TV in one of the rooms.
Both bedrooms have en-suite bathrooms and showers.
Baby cot available.
One set of bath towels per person and one beach towel per person are provided upon arrival.

In addition, you will find many bars and restaurants in the surroundings of the house. The house is located on the first floor, accessible with stairs. It has a beautiful private terrace with a dining table and views of Fuerteventura, a cozy living room with a smart TV, a washing machine, a fully equipped kitchen with an oven, coffee maker, ceramic hob, kettle and utensils. The bathroom has a shower tray and a hairdryer available to guests. One set of towels (one large and one small) per person is also provided. Of the two bedrooms, one is equipped with single beds and the other with a double bed. In addition, the house has fiber optic WiFi, safe, ironing board and iron. Cot available on request.
