The ground floor property has a large terrace equipped with a table and chairs, perfect for outdoor meals and relaxation moments.
The property has two bright bedrooms, one with an open wardrobe and the other with large drawers. Both are furnished with two single beds that can be joined to form a double bed. One of the bedrooms is equipped with air conditioning for greater comfort.
The bathroom is modern and functional, and includes a practical shower, toilet and hair dryer. The kitchen is fully equipped with all necessary appliances and utensils, including a 4-burner hob, oven, microwave, capsule and Italian coffee makers, fridge, freezer, dishwasher, sandwich maker, kettle and complete kitchenware.
The living room is a comfortable space with air conditioning, a TV with national channels and a sofa perfect for resting after a day at the beach or sightseeing. In addition, the property offers an iron and ironing board, and a cot is available upon request.
Guests can park on the same street as the accommodation or in the nearby streets, where there are free parking spaces available. A set of towels per person as well as beach towels are provided.
