The Joya Suite is a high-quality accommodation that will allow you to enjoy your holiday with all the best services. This property is completely renovated and has two spacious bedrooms and two full en-suite bathrooms with shower trays. Its spacious terrace with table and chairs is completely at the disposal of guests and is ideal for enjoying the sun of Lanzarote.
The modern kitchen is fully equipped with an oven, microwave, toaster, coffee maker, kettle, 4-burner hob and complete kitchen utensils.
Both bedrooms have windows to the outside, built-in wardrobes with lighting, a desk, Smart TV and an en-suite bathroom.
A hairdryer, shower gel and a set of bath towels per person are provided, as well as a pool towel per guest and high-quality bathrobes.
The spacious lounge with dining table, sofa and Smart TV with international channels opens out to the external terrace.
All furniture and decor are of high quality.
The accommodation also has fast WiFi and air conditioning with the option of a heat pump according to needs.
The location of this property is ideal if you want to be close to all services as it is just a minute away from the beach and the main avenue with bars, restaurants and shops. In a few minutes you can go directly down to Grande beach to sunbathe or take a pleasant walk.
Access to the dwelling is via comfortable stairs (it is a first floor).
