Purple Volcano is ideally located in the center of Puerto del Carmen, with all services (supermarkets, bars, beach bars, pharmacies, banks and shops) and the beach just a few meters from the apartment. Its location is ideal to spend a holiday enjoying all the comforts without needing a car.
This modern and charming ground floor home consists of 50m² and is decorated with an exclusive design. It has a living room, kitchen, two bedrooms, a bathroom with shower and two terraces.
The beautiful living room offers a comfortable sofa, air conditioning and heat pump, Smart TV with satellite channels and free high-speed Internet with 600MB Fiber Optic. In addition, it has a dining space with a spacious table with wooden chairs.
The kitchen is fully equipped with a ceramic hob, oven, microwave, coffee maker, tea maker and electric juicer, refrigerator and complete kitchenware. Purple Volcano also offers a bathroom with a shower and 2 beautiful bedrooms: the master bedroom has a large double bed and the second bedroom has single beds.
The outdoor area has two sunny terraces, one at the back - with a chill out area to relax and direct access to the living room - and another at the main entrance, where the washing machine is located. You can park for free on the street.
It is very important to mention that right in front of the house, just 10 meters away, is the Fariones Sports Center, a large space with gardens and facilities such as a gym, swimming pool for adults and children, various tennis and paddle tennis courts and an outdoor crossfit area. In the apartment you will find a numbered card that gives unlimited access to said center to all registered occupants.
All its facilities can be used free of charge, except for the tennis court, which will have to be reserved and paid for directly at the sports center. Likewise, you can attend all the directed classes taught at the center.
The pool is heated all year round at a temperature of 26ºC. The center's hours are Monday to Friday from 7am to 10pm and Saturday and Sunday from 8am to 3pm.

This fully furnished one bedroom apartment is on the ground floor of a secure complex & has a large sun terrace with table and chairs. It overlooks the pool and has beautiful sea views. The spacious open/living area has fully fitted kitchen with fridge, oven, 2 hobs, kettle, toaster and a microwave cooker. There is a sofa bed which can also accommodate an extra person. There is set of crockery and cutlery for 4 persons. There is a flat screen TV with English TV BBC/ITV package together with a DVD/Radio. The apartment has a good WIFI connection for use by the guests. The bedroom has a large double bed with built in wardrobe which incorporates a large safe for your valuables. There is an extra room leading off the bedroom which houses the washing and stores the ironing board and cleaning items. The bathroom has a walk-in shower, W/C. washbasin and houses a top loader washing machine. The Old Town of Puerto Del Carmen is sited on the hill, If you have a car you can access with your vehicle to the complex and you can find a car parking area in front of the apartment. There are bars, restaurants, cafes, supermarket and shops within walking distance. The bus stop to Arrecife , Playa Blanca and Airport is also close by. We provide a set of bed clothes and one big towel plus one small towel per person.
