Its location is ideal for enjoying a holiday with all the conveniences without the need for a car.

In the apartment, you will find a numbered card that provides unlimited access to said centre for all registered occupants.
All facilities can be used free of charge, except for the tennis court, which must be booked and paid directly at the sports centre. Likewise, you can attend all the guided classes taught at the centre.
The swimming pool is heated throughout the year at a temperature of 26ºC. The centre's hours are Monday to Friday from 7am to 10pm and Saturday and Sunday from 8am to 3pm.

This holiday home is perfect for those looking for a strategic base to visit the island of Lanzarote and, at the same time, enjoy a relaxing holiday by the pool.
Casa Sea Waves is located very close to the centre of Puerto del Carmen, the most well-known town on the island. From here, you can easily reach all the main tourist centres of Lanzarote, as the town is located in the centre of the island. Additionally, the Avenida de las Playas - with its restaurants, shops and bars - is just a 10-minute walk from the property, as is Playa Grande, the main beach of Puerto del Carmen.
The house is located on the first floor of the complex (accessible by stairs) and has a spacious and beautiful terrace equipped with a dining table, chairs and an umbrella, with views of the pool and chill out area. The bedroom has two single beds that can be joined if needed, as well as a ceiling fan to cool down during hot summer days. Bed sheets and towels are provided (1 large and 1 small per person). Bathroom with shower.
The kitchen is equipped with a microwave, coffee maker, ceramic hob, kettle and cooking utensils. The communal swimming pool is available to guests, as are the sun loungers.
