It features a private terrace, high-speed WIFI with fibre optic and an enviable location. It is ideal for couples, small families, solo travellers or digital nomads seeking comfort and good connectivity.
It is a cosy, very bright and peaceful home, located just 500 metres from Playa Grande and Avenida de las Playas, the heart of Puerto del Carmen. In the surrounding area you will find a wide range of bars, restaurants, shops and all the necessary services to enjoy a worry-free stay.
The dwelling has been completely renovated and is equipped with all amenities. The kitchen has a microwave, toaster, three-burner hob and Nespresso coffee maker. The bedroom has two single beds that can be joined together to form a double bed. In the living room there is a comfortable sofa bed that can accommodate up to two additional people, with a total capacity of up to four guests.
The bathroom is complete, with shower and washing machine. There is also an iron and ironing board available for guests, as well as a safe.
The living room has a Smart TV and the entire property is equipped with fast wifi, ideal for remote work or long stays.
Furthermore, Suite Zefiro offers a pleasant sunny terrace with garden views and sun loungers, perfect for relaxing and enjoying the excellent Canarian climate throughout the year.
