This beautiful holiday home is located in Puerto del Carmen, the liveliest town on the island of Lanzarote. In fact, the house is located about 15 minutes walk from the beach and less than 10 minutes from all services - bars, restaurants, buses, pharmacies and shops.
The house is located on the first floor, accessible by stairs.
Its name says it all: the house is very bright and welcoming, tastefully decorated in a modern style. It has a private and equipped terrace, washing machine, a living room with a smart TV and a fully equipped kitchen with an oven, coffee maker, ceramic hob, kettle and utensils.
The bathroom with shower is spacious and bright and is equipped with a hairdryer at guests' disposal. One set of towels (one large and one small) is provided per person. The bedroom consists of two single beds that can be joined as needed.
In addition, Sunlit Paradise has fiber optic WiFi, a safe, an ironing board and an iron.
