Welcome to our cosy and completely renovated holiday home in Puerto del Carmen!
Enjoy an unforgettable stay in this charming house, which combines modern comfort with an unbeatable location: just 500 metres from Playa Grande and the lively Avenida de las Playas, surrounded by bars, restaurants and shops.

Our house has recently been renovated to offer you the best experience: high-speed WiFi connection with fibre optic, ideal for teleworking or enjoying your favourite series. Smart TV with access to Netflix, for those uncomplicated leisure moments.
The kitchen is fully equipped, including a 4-burner hob, microwave, capsule coffee machine, water kettle and all the necessary kitchenware to prepare delicious home-cooked meals. Bed linen, bath and beach towels (one set per person), as well as a washing machine and hairdryer for your comfort.

Enjoy the private ground floor garden with sun loungers and tables, an oasis of tranquillity to sunbathe or relax outdoors and for moments of fun and entertainment, now we have table tennis, table football and hammocks, perfect for both adults and children! The upper floor terrace is enclosed with glass, equipped with a comfortable sofa bed, it is perfect for relaxing at any time of the day.

The property has two bedrooms: one with a double bed and another with two single beds, both with spacious built-in wardrobes to store all your belongings.

Independent entrance that guarantees total privacy. Quiet area that ensures restorative rest. Pets accepted upon request, because we know they are part of the family. Free public parking very close to the accommodation.

The Happy Beach vacation home is located in the charming town of Puerto del Carmen, one of the most popular tourist destinations in Lanzarote. Situated in a complex with a pool, this house is ideal for enjoying a comfortable and relaxing seaside vacation.

Just 500 meters from Playa de la Peñita and very close to the main beach avenue, where you’ll find a wide variety of bars, restaurants, and shops, the location is perfect for enjoying both the beach and the vibrant local life.

The house features three bedrooms and two bathrooms, perfect for accommodating up to six people. The master bedroom is equipped with a double bed and an en-suite bathroom, which includes a spacious shower. The second bedroom also has a double bed and a spacious wardrobe. The shared second bathroom is equipped with a shower, sink, and hairdryer.

The third bedroom is furnished with two single beds and has a fan to keep the room cool. All the bedrooms are well-lit and decorated in a cozy style.

The living room and kitchen are integrated into an open-plan space and fully equipped. In the living room, you’ll find a comfortable sofa and a smart TV for entertainment, as well as WiFi available throughout the house. The kitchen is equipped with an oven, microwave, washing machine, and a 3-burner stove, along with a complete set of kitchenware.

The lovely terrace, furnished with a dining table and chairs, is perfect for enjoying outdoor meals or relaxing in the sun. Additionally, bed linens and a set of towels are provided for each guest, along with pool towels.

For families with babies, a crib is available upon request, ensuring that all guests enjoy a comfortable stay.
