White Volcano is ideally located in the centre of Puerto del Carmen, with all services (supermarkets, bars, beach bars, pharmacies, banks and shops) and the beach just a few metres from the apartment. Its location is ideal for enjoying a holiday with all the conveniences without the need for a car.
This modern and charming ground floor property of 50m² is decorated with an exclusive design. It features a living-dining room, kitchen, two bedrooms, a bathroom with shower and two terraces.
The beautiful living room offers a comfortable sofa, air conditioning and heat pump, Smart TV with satellite channels and free high-speed Internet with 600MB Fiber Optic. Additionally, it has a dining area with a spacious wooden table and chairs.

It is very important to mention that just in front of the property, only 10 metres away, is the Fariones Sports Centre, a large space with gardens and facilities such as a gym, swimming pool for adults and children, various tennis and padel courts, and an outdoor crossfit area. In the apartment, you will find a numbered card that provides unlimited access to said centre for all registered occupants.
All facilities can be used free of charge, except for the tennis court, which must be booked and paid directly at the sports centre. Likewise, you can attend all the guided classes taught at the centre.
The swimming pool is heated throughout the year at a temperature of 26ºC. The centre's hours are Monday to Friday from 7am to 10pm and Saturday and Sunday from 8am to 3pm.
