The villa has four spacious bedrooms with two single beds that can be joined to form a double bed, easily adapting to all types of groups.
The exterior is one of the great attractions of the property, a space designed for rest and enjoyment, where you can sunbathe, disconnect and share special moments. The jacuzzi, sun loungers, chill-out area and outdoor shower turn this space into the perfect place to enjoy the good weather of Lanzarote throughout the day.
Inside, the villa is equipped with everything necessary for a comfortable and worry-free stay. It has a Smart TV with international channels and fibre optic WiFi connection, ideal for both entertainment and for those who need to telework. The independent kitchen is fully equipped and integrates with a spacious dining area, perfect for long meals and dinners in good company.
The housing is distributed over two floors. On the ground floor, there are two bedrooms, one of them with air conditioning and a safe, a full bathroom with a shower, a pleasant interior patio with a football table for moments of fun, and a practical laundry area. On the upper floor, there are two more bedrooms, one with a private balcony, Smart TV, and air conditioning, as well as a second full bathroom, offering space and comfort for all guests.
Towels are provided for all guests, including pool towels, and a cot is available upon request. Air conditioning is available with a small supplement.
