Welcome to a fantastic holiday home, recently renovated and fully equipped, located in the iconic residential complex "Los Molinos", an architectural work by the renowned artist César Manrique in Costa Teguise, Lanzarote. This accommodation offers the perfect balance between comfort, style and location, ideal for enjoying unforgettable holidays in one of the most attractive areas of the island.

The property, of 50 m², is designed to comfortably accommodate up to 4 people, whether adults or families with children. It has a main bedroom with a comfortable double bed and a common area with a double sofa bed, which allows a functional distribution of space. The bathroom has a modern shower and all the essential elements for your comfort. The American kitchen is fully equipped with quality appliances: ceramic hob, oven, microwave, fridge, freezer, Dolce Gusto coffee machine, water kettle, toaster, dishwasher, as well as cooking utensils and complete crockery/cutlery.

Regarding entertainment and comfort, the house has two Smart TV televisions, a Bluetooth speaker and WiFi connection, so you can relax as if you were at home. A washing machine is also included along with all necessary textiles: sheets, one set of towels per person and pool towels. For families with babies, a cot and high chair are offered upon request.

The jewel of the property is its spacious private terrace, equipped with sunbeds for sunbathing and a pleasant outdoor dining area, ideal for enjoying the Canarian climate all year round. The complex has a spectacular communal swimming pool also designed by César Manrique, in addition to a secondary fenced pool with hours from 8:00 to 18:00, perfect for greater security. There is also a children's park, ideal for the little ones.

The accommodation offers fast WiFi, ideal for both holidays and teleworking. At the exit of the complex, you will find bars, restaurants and a small supermarket, and in just 15 minutes on foot you can reach the centre of Costa Teguise and its beaches.

Located on the upper floor (with lift), Casa Elin stands out for its luminosity and beautiful views of nature, thanks to its spacious windows.

It has two comfortable rooms, both with a double bed, which makes it perfect for families or groups of friends. It also has two fully equipped bathrooms with bath, WC, washbasin, bidet, hairdryer and a set of towels per guest.

The spacious independent lounge, with views of the swimming pool, invites relaxation with its Smart TV and dining area. For those who need to work or study during their stay, the house offers a study-bedroom with a desk and chair, ideal for teleworking.

The fully equipped kitchen, with views of the island's interior, has everything necessary to feel at home: dishwasher, large fridge with freezer, oven, 4-burner ceramic hob, microwave, coffee maker, toaster, kettle and complete kitchen utensils.

Moreover, the housing includes a laundry room with a washing machine, iron, and ironing board.

The community swimming pool, surrounded by a very tranquil environment, has sun loungers for the complex's guests, perfect for enjoying Lanzarote's climate.

If travelling by car, this area is especially comfortable, as there are no parking problems and parking spaces are usually available right in front of the complex.
