The property is located in the quiet complex of Las Coronas in Costa Teguise, only 5 minutes walking distance to Playa Bastian. The complex has a communal swimming pool with sun loungers and a small bar for the exclusive use of the guests.
Just in front of the complex there is a small supermarket, some shops, bars and restaurants.
The flat is completely refurbished and furnished to a high standard to ensure a luxurious stay.
It has one bedroom with a double bed and a double sofa bed in the living room. The bedroom has a large built-in wardrobe, a safe, ceiling fan and heating system.
The spacious bathroom has a walk-in shower, washing machine, hairdryer, iron and ironing board.
One set of towels per person is provided as well as pool towels.
The kitchen is fully equipped with kettle, coffee machine, microwave, oven, large fridge, freezer and cooking utensils.
The living room with desk, sofa and smart TV opens onto the spacious terrace equipped with comfortable sun loungers, table and chairs. From here you can enjoy a spectacular sea view.

Welcome to a fantastic holiday home, recently renovated and fully equipped, located in the iconic residential complex "Los Molinos", an architectural work by the renowned artist César Manrique in Costa Teguise, Lanzarote. The property, of 50 m², is designed to comfortably accommodate up to 4 people, whether adults or families with children. It has a main bedroom with a comfortable double bed and a common area with a double sofa bed, which allows a functional distribution of space. The bathroom has a modern shower and all the essential elements for your comfort. The American kitchen is fully equipped with quality appliances: ceramic hob, oven, microwave, fridge, freezer, Dolce Gusto coffee machine, water kettle, toaster, dishwasher, as well as cooking utensils and complete crockery/cutlery.
Regarding entertainment and comfort, the house has two Smart TV televisions, a Bluetooth speaker and WiFi connection, so you can relax as if you were at home. A washing machine is also included along with all necessary textiles: sheets, one set of towels per person and pool towels. For families with babies, a cot and high chair are offered upon request.
The jewel of the property is its spacious private terrace, equipped with sunbeds for sunbathing and a pleasant outdoor dining area, ideal for enjoying the Canarian climate all year round. The complex has a spectacular communal swimming pool also designed by César Manrique, in addition to a secondary fenced pool with hours from 8:00 to 18:00, perfect for greater security. There is also a children's park, ideal for the little ones.

Nice holiday home on the ground floor in a new complex with pool. Very fast Wi-Fi with fiber It has a large terrace with chill out chairs and a view of the community pool. The Senator complex is located in Costa Teguise in a very quiet area and at the same time close to all services. The pool area has sun loungers, a Balinese hammock and showers. The house is fully equipped to make you feel at home. It has a double room with a ceiling fan and a large closet. Bathroom with shower tray and hair dryer. Fully equipped kitchen with oven, microwave, kitchenware, capsule coffee machine, kettle, toaster, 3-burner hob, large fridge and freezer.
Living room with flat-screen smart TV, 2-seater sofa bed, armchair and dining table. The living room opens directly onto the sunny terrace with comfortable chill out sofas and a spectacular view of the pool. It also has a washing machine, iron and board.
A set of towels and sheets is provided for each guest. Cot available on request.
The house is located in the Senator complex, really quiet and well kept, perfect to enjoy your holidays and relax. Walking 10/15 minutes you can easily reach " las Cucharas " beach and the center of Costa Teguise with bars, restaurants and shops.
