Located on the ground floor, the dwelling features a spacious private terrace equipped with a table and chairs, perfect for having breakfast outdoors, enjoying the good weather or relaxing after a day at the beach.
The accommodation has two bright bedrooms. Both feature two single beds that can be joined together to form a comfortable double bed, adapting to each guest's needs. One of the bedrooms includes air conditioning for greater comfort, whilst the other has spacious drawers and storage space.
The bathroom, modern and functional, is equipped with a shower, toilet and hair dryer.
The kitchen, fully equipped, offers everything necessary for a comfortable stay: 4-burner hob, oven, microwave, dishwasher, fridge, freezer, sandwich maker, kettle, moka pot and capsule coffee maker, as well as complete crockery and kitchen utensils.
The lounge is a welcoming and air-conditioned space with a sofa and television with national channels, ideal for relaxing after a day at the beach or sightseeing.
Furthermore, the accommodation has high-speed Wi-Fi, an iron and ironing board, as well as a cot upon request. A set of towels per person is provided and also beach towels for added comfort.
Parking is straightforward, with free spaces available on the same street and in the surrounding area.

It is ideal for couples, small families, solo travellers or digital nomads seeking comfort and good connectivity.
It is a cosy, very bright and peaceful home, located just 500 metres from Playa Grande and Avenida de las Playas, the heart of Puerto del Carmen. In the surrounding area you will find a wide range of bars, restaurants, shops and all the necessary services to enjoy a worry-free stay.
